What are the game and practice schedules?
Schedules will not be available until after teams are formed (Spring=Early March & Fall=Early September)
During the Spring season, most divisions (except Tball) will have one game during the week (Mon-Thur) and one game on Saturday. Times vary depending on how many teams each division has. Practices will typically be Mon-Thur at the VBLL fields or local elementary schools. Practice times and dates vary by team.
What is provided?
The league provides each player a team hat and jersey. Each Manager will also receive an equipment bag with baseballs, catchers gear, and various helmet sizes.
What is needed?
At a minimum, each player should have their own glove, bat, and cleats. A helmet is also recommended.
What are the raffle tickets?
Each registration will be charged $50 for raffle tickets.
The player will receive 10 tickets to sell for $5.00 each. Once/if the player sells all 10 tickets, the player will recoup the $50 raffle ticket charge added during registration. All money collected as the player sells raffle tickets goes back to the
Can I request a specific coach or another player?
The league will try to honor coach and player requests for the Tball and Coach Pitch divisions ONLY!
All other divisions (Baseball: Minor Farm, Minor, Intermediate, Seniors AND Softball: Minor, Majors, Seniors) will not allow coach and/or player requests.
Assistant coaches are not guaranteed for divisions with tryouts. The Manager/Head Coach must draft the child whose parent will be their assistant coach.
Does my child have to tryout?
During the Spring season, all divisions have tryouts, EXCEPT tball and coach pitch.
If a player does not tryout, they WILL still be placed on a team. Tryouts consist of catching, throwing, and hitting.

Minor Farm: $95
