The following is the refund policy of registration fees adopted by Virginia Beach Little League (VBLL):

While we’re sorry to lose you, we promise to cooperate fully to ensure the smooth transaction you  deserve. Please follow the steps below.

  • 100% refund prior to the first scheduled season game/opening day – there will be no refunds after that.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing within the time frames listed above. These requests must be emailed to VBLL-Player Agent. The following information will be required to process any refund requests. Any incomplete requests will result in a delayed refund.
  1. Child/Children’s Name(s)
  2. Parents Name
  3. Home Address
  4. Contact Number


  • All sibling discounts will be deducted from the full registration fee.
  • A $5.00 processing fee will be retained for all refund requests.
  • All refunds will be paid by check regardless of how payment was made and all checks will be mailed.
