It’s that time of year when Virginia Beach Little League gears up to bring you another stellar season of Little League International Baseball and Softball programs at the VBLL complex. Our spring season is rigorous, fun, action packed and requires a great amount of dedication and organization from our volunteer staff, players, and parents to wrangle players and paperwork of over 1200 children in our community. Please complete each form that pertains to you and your player, and bring them with you to one of the many registrations dates listed below.

Little League Volunteer Application – 2012

Virginia Beach Little League thanks you for participating in your community. Whether returning from 2011, or just now joining our team for the new 2012 seasons, all volunteers are required to fill out this form. This is to keep track of everyone’s good deeds and to provide top level protection for our largest assets…..the kids. This form is available to fill out on-line, then print and turn in on the day you register your player. Be sure to complete the “Volunteer Form” below and provide two forms of identification at time of registration as well.

Please print and complete this form to register your player for Virginia Beach Little League’s 2012 season. This form is for all players of all age groups and programs including Challenger, Softball, & Baseball alike.
2012 Volunteer Form

In addition to the Little League Volunteer Application which is a requirement of Little League International, Virginia Beach Little League’s Volunteer Form must also be completed. Please fill out the appropriate information. If you are not sure as to certain elements of the form, please complete as much as possible and one of our registration board/committee members will help you complete the form in its entirety on day of registration.
VBLL 2012 Medical Release Form
- This medical release form is a requirement of all players for our 2012 spring season. This must be filled out and turned in to your player’s coach/manager prior to the start of practice and/or games.
- At VBLL, we take player safety extremely serious. Baseball and Softball are a contact sport, and with the youngsters we have learning the game, there may be an instance where and injury is imminent. This form is for the legal parent/guardian to complete and turn in to Virginia Beach Little League officials for reimbursement of any expense covered under VBLL’s policy.
