2012 Refund Policy

The following is the refund policy of registration fees adopted by Virginia Beach Little League (VBLL).

While we’re sorry to lose you, we promise to cooperate fully to ensure the smooth transaction you  deserve. Please follow the steps below:

•  100% refund on or before the 2^nd scheduled practice

•  50% refund on or before the Friday prior to the start of the first regular scheduled game

•  No refunds after the Start of the regular season games

 All refund requests must be made in writing within the time frames listed above. These requests must be emailed to VBLL-Player Agent. The following information will be required to process any refund requests. Any incomplete requests will result in a delayed refund.

* ALL SIBLING DISCOUNTS WILL BE DEUCTED FROM THE FULL REGISTRATION FEE

 A $5.00 PROCESSING FEE WILL BE RETAINED FOR ALL REFUND REQUESTS

 All refunds will be paid by check regardless of how payment was made and all checks will be mailed.
